Private and passive real estate investing for investors with a target of 15% average annual returns.
What is the process?
We invest funds into current and future projects. Once we are under contract we start paying a fixed return of 15% on your investment after 90 days. We return all investment + fixed 15% return within 2 years. You can expect payment in the beginning of every month after the initial 90 days.
